TruFit collects account information (name, email), wellness profile data, photos you upload, streak activity, and usage needed to operate AI and billing features.
How we use data
- Provide core app features and sync across your devices
- Personalize AI coaching using your profile and goals
- Send reminders and notifications you enable
- Measure product usage with lightweight server-side analytics
Human coaching
When you work with a verified coach, messages, progress photos, and check-ins are shared only between you and that coach. Coaches must follow our community standards; you may report concerns in the app.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. AI requests are sent to configured model providers under their terms. Friends see only what you share via social features.
Retention & deletion
You may delete your account in the app. We remove access tokens and anonymize your account record. Backups may retain data for a limited period.
